Research Assistant
I am currently exploring my second degree in Psychology. What draws me to this field is my passion for supporting and empowering people living with mental or physical health challenges to live in harmony with their conditions and improve their quality of life.
My current research focuses on the implementation of psychosocial interventions for people living with young-onset dementia in community settings. My Honours research project explores the progression and trajectory of neuropsychiatric symptoms in individuals diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's disease, with the goal of providing a more predictive understanding of symptom development for individuals and their carers.
Outside the lab, you'll most likely find me either running, maintaining my marathon training, preparing for my next long-distance race, or recharging myself by spending time with my family and friends.
